I’m a retired Fed employee. I understand budgets and personnel shortages, but why has my easily found record been sitting in the mailroom and given “Awaiting Shipment” status for 6 weeks. Even more frustratingly, I’ve sent 3 emails questioning this and have received no reply. A reply would at least be good customer service. I am disappointed.
