On Constitution Day, September 17, Dr. Shogan spoke at the Naturalization Ceremony hosted by the National Archives. Pictured are the 24 new American citizens, together with Dr. Colleen J. Shogan, Judge Randolph D. Moss, and Gary Vaynerchuk in the National Archives Building Rotunda.
Also on Constitution Day, Dr. Shogan invited the public to come visit and learn more about the document that established our government.
