On May 14, in honor of Jewish American Heritage Month, Dr. Shogan posted about Irving Berlin, an immigrant of Russian-Jewish descent, who composed the hit Broadway musical, This is the Army, to raise money for U.S. troops and elevate morale during #WWII.
